He is very sweet and loves to just rest in your lap. Due to his size he will need an experienced Dane owner because he still thinks he is a puppy sometimes. He needs a home that will just love him endlessly. He knows if you are intimidated by him so he will need a home that gives him structure and a routine. He knows all his commands and listens and respects you. He has never lived with cats so it would be best his home does not have them. Because of his size, he cannot go to a home with small children. We would prefer him to be in a calmer environment. He lived with a female dane his whole life and will be further evaluated with other dogs to see he does. Unfortunately, Chester did not ask for this, his owner passed away and left him with no place to call home. Please consider opening your home to this regal boy, he has so much more love and affection to give. We would prefer a fenced in yard.
